Q. What if i am not home when you arrive to do my service.
A. Do not worry. If you are not home we can still conduct your service and organise payment method prior to the appointment.
Q. Do I have to pay cash for my services.
A. No, you have multiple options on how to pay including bank transfer, eftpos or cash.
Q. Will I be charged a penalty for cancelling or rescheduling last minute.
A. No you will not be charged a penalty, we all have things that pop up last minute and I will not penalise you on that.
